We meet here to explore, share, celebrate and (sometimes) agonize over how we do (or don't) incorporate weight loss guidelines into our daily lives. "It's a lifestyle, not a diet" is easily and often said, but sometimes not so simply put into practice.

What part do your hobbies play in your LTL weight journey. Please tell me you have at least one hobby? Does it/they help or hinder your weight journey?

    Hi Derrick. I haven’t had a hobby in years.
    Closest thing I have now is the time free to surf the Net. Not a lot.

    I enjoy language learning. I am learning Spanish currently. I am an advanced beginner. I can hold a brief conversation where I add more than just where is the bathroom and I need a beer. ;-)

    When I am studying, I tend to be pretty focused, and it takes my mind off of snacking. So there is that.
