MINDSET:
- You know this is about more than eating right and working out
- You want to make positive lifestyle changes
- You are willing to take action and start practicing better habits

WEIGHT:
- Your Current Weight is 180-150 lbs
- Your Goal Weight is 150-130 lbs
- You want to release (aka lose and never find) at least 15 lbs

ACTIVITY:
- You incorporate weight lifting & cardio (and maybe even flexibility)

HISTORY:
- You log into MFP at least once a week
- You make meaningful connections with other members, and don't just post to update your weight
