Anybody with similar stats, etc. Just curious how many calories you eat every day, and if you track/enter your exercise calories in, and eat those back. Any other helpful info would be appreciated, too. (i.e. how much weight you have lost eating more, how long, etc.) Thanks

    You should really avail yourself of the stickies in the group for some of the info. Eating back is generally not done with TDEE Deficit method, though it can be done.

    There are also success stories there, and in separate threads.

    Because how much one would eat to even compare to would incude your level of activity.
