    Current: Unknown. Unexpected vet expenses trumped buying a scale this week. Have an appointment Thursday where I may get weighed. Have an an appointment Friday where I will most likely be weighed. Hopefully, I'll get a weight one of those days to compare.

    Sigh. I don't feel like I've done anything.

    (let me note that when I signed up for this group, I put 227 as my starting weight. That weight was several months old but it was the most recent I had. I bought a scale last week and this is what I weighed the morning after I bought it (Thursday 6/11/2020). I will be using this lower number as my starting weight and will start tracking now. The previously weight should be ignored, if you would be so kind.)

    I've decided I'm going to slow my loss down. I'm less than 10kg from goal weight and I'm losing an average of a kg a week so I'm readjusting goals. We'll see how it goes.

    Don't worry, I don't think I really lost 5 pounds as last week went up due to special occasion eating and I think it was a lot of salt/water retention. But it is still a loss from 2 weeks ago, so I'm pretty happy.
