    Met goal 3 times. It was a hard week. :( But even when I didn't meet my goal it was still within what the Dr wants. So there is that. :)

    For food, I met my goal of 1200 - 3 times. (this is the number that counts for here.)
    But I stayed under the range high of 1500 - 6 times
