How did everyone do this challenge? This was my first unsuccessful one, well sort of. I actually gained two pounds this time around. My goal was to lose 15, so that clearly didn't happen. But I gained because of the muscle I put on. I much more toned in my arms/back and legs then I was previously. So I guess I have to take it as a good thing!
