Training today was a 5 miles of walking along the banks of a dead river. And a nap. (I'm pretty much a non-rolling stone... so all exercising is a challenge for me. Working on that.)1

This morning was spent chasing Hippogriffs back to Hagrid's hut.
30 minutes of fast running!
Once all returned to the hut, I spent 10 minutes lifting their heavy food and water pails for them for a nice overall burn of 369 cals.1
