Training today was a 5 miles of walking along the banks of a dead river. And a nap. (I'm pretty much a non-rolling stone... so all exercising is a challenge for me. Working on that.)

    quidditch training (45s exercise/15s rest):
    3 cycles

    burpees
    tall plank hold
    smash ball w/ 12lb ball
    star plank walkouts
    plyo-jacks
    side-to-sides
    jump rope

had to modify on rounds two and three due to calf - bludger hit me good a few weeks ago, and my calf is still not cooperating fully - modifications included knee-ups, alternating front kicks, low squat pulses and alternating forward punches in horse stance

1.8 mile walk around lake, looking for giant squid

This morning was spent chasing Hippogriffs back to Hagrid's hut.
    30 minutes of fast running!
Once all returned to the hut, I spent 10 minutes lifting their heavy food and water pails for them for a nice overall burn of 369 cals.
