I thought we could use a place to post our daily/weekly/monthly goals. :smiley:

Feel free to share your goals here in as much specificity as you'd like, and let's support each other in reading those goals.

    My goal for the rest of the week is to reach 6000 steps each day with an hour-ish long walk.

    Last month I had 125,691 steps counted on my step counter (it's a phone app, so I don't have it counting ALL day - really just on walks, or if I go out somewhere).

    My secondary step goal is to beat that monthly step number. I'm 10 days into the month, and at 58,934. At this rate, I can beat it for sure!

    My walk today was 6396 steps. 👍💪✔️

    I've been using the app since last summer, and it says I'm 33.4 miles away from having walked 500 miles, which I think it pretty cool. 😊

    Total this week: 42,625 steps. :smile:

    Getting fresh air feels nice.

    My goal for the coming week is to go through ALL the boxes in the corner of my room, and do at least ONE belly dance class online. (I need to make space in order to dance...)

    Goal for the weekend: Organize my space, and do a lifting workout with my weights, and MAYBE even try the PiYo DVD!!
