So later this month, I am moving to another country (finally! I’ve been stuck in between places since March because of COVID). When I arrive I will have to follow strict quarantine rules for 14 days and won’t be able to go outside to exercise like I usually do. I will have a somewhat small space but do have an outdoor patio I can use. Any advice on workout routines, videos, or other ideas on how to get some cardio during this time? I should add that in the past I have not been a big fan of indoor exercise - I definitely prefer to be out and about when I work out, so this is going to be a big challenge for me - I appreciate any advice!
