June 11th 2016 I completed my first 5k after getting to wk8d1 of the C25k program. Then I took a “break” which turned into not running at all. I got pregnant, had a 2nd baby, yada yada. 4 years later this past April I decided to restart C25k. My app kept wanting to start at the last workout (wk8d2) and I’d be like hahaha nice try no way I can run 28 min. Well, last night EXACTLY 4 years later I finally got to and completed wk8d2 and it felt great!
