When did it get easier?

I’ve only just finished day 2 but I’m already dreading tomorrow. Day 1 was easier than expected but today was much harder. I ended up getting a bad headache at around 2pm that never went away and felt nauseous and fatigued most of the day.
I want to keep going but I just need to know that things will get better.

Hi there and a warm welcome :) OMAD is a lifestyle :) So, you just have to get use to it and it becomes your lifestyle eventually :) Just find out when you need to have your OMAD...some people have it as their dinner or lunch and some have it as their breakfast. Every one is different. Just fine tune it to suit your body, your lifestyle. Hope this helps <3

Thank you. Unfortunately, if I can’t wait until dinner time for my OMAD then it will not work for me. So I really need my body to adjust.
I am hoping today will be a little better. I might try drinking herbal tea through the day. I’ve only been drinking water so far.

It takes time!!!! Start with a larger window and just watch your cals, and wiggle your way down to OMAD :) Your body CAN and WILL adjust :)

Thanks! I’m actually on day 13 now. It has gotten easier. I still get hungry through the day but it’s not nearly as bad as it was and I can fairly easily distract myself.

YESSSSSSSSS and eventually it'll go away completely!!! I RARELY get hungry or even THINK about food before like 7-8pm (I eat around 10-11) - makes life SO much simpler all around :)

You are getting it. By a month and then six weeks, you will have OWNED everything and be wondering why you didn't do it years earlier.
