Hi everybody, I'm back again. I used to run in 2014 and 2015 but then we moved and I dropped it and being healthy in general. But life is starting to get less stressful and I'm going to try and get back into the swing of things. I'm at 211 and 37% body fat but my doctor says I can start so long as I go slow. So wish me luck I'm going to start when I get up in the morning.
