Ending off the month successfully even if I had too many days of treats this month. Good food choices and under budget. Exercise was a jiu jitsu session and yoga.
Yesterday was another win day with a run and good choices all logged and under budget.
Closing my Apple Watch rings is a fun new game for me.9 -

A pass day for me yesterday - i took my daughter on a day out, we went for pizza...and then I snacked in the evening. Not ideal.
Today though - three yeses. Exercise was 35 minutes of yoga and two dog walks. My calf is still a bit sore but I managed more walking today - which is partly the reason that I ate better, I always eat better when I exercise.
Three more days of work left and then I’m on holiday! 😎😎. My plans keep changing (as does everything these days!) but looking forward to some time off. I may not log every day for the first two weeks of August but will definitely be back for the last two!!8 -

Knee resistance bands need to move up to 45 lb bands walked to post office at a 3mph pace and played guitar over 45 minutes my fingers are sore lol but it was fun best of luck to all for rest of month9 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - more than 50 minutes exergame (brisk walking on mini-trampoline) plus ~45+ minutes evening brisk walk with DH. more than 12100 steps all-told today, and not quite at 9:30 pm yet.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - even with MFP post-evening snack I am just under the current fitbit reading ... and fitbit will be crediting me a bit more (just for breathing) between now and midnight
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Out of the July Circle, but ending strong and 'in training' for the August circle.

Well I didn't do so well today either and probably won't for the week as I will be doing 12 hour work days and didn't really prepare myself well with premade meals. I find it does take a bit of time and commitment to log, measure foods, create and log new recipes that I make plus fit in my exercise. That's okay though, I will be back strong by the weekend. Btw RangerRickL, 4 of my MFP friends have joined the August challenge already. I posted about this group on my wall yesterday. 3 joined yesterday and 1 joined a couple days ago as she had asked me a week or so ago about any challenges that I knew of. Of course I told her about this one and let her know when the August one became available to join. I'm very serious when I say that I love this group challenge. Have a good night all!6
