Oh wait! I'm actually yes, x's 3......by a few cal's
(I am not sure why...but on my phone app...the calorie goal is different than my online program...guess I'll have to address that...when I want to deal with yet another tech issue)6 -

Day 18 - Yes x3
40 minute vinyasa yoga. Very refreshing, still tired but better than yesterday. This heat lately is ridiculous, no wonder I haven't gone outside lately. And having to be out there with a mask on top of it all, ugh! I miss my daily walks but that's just life I guess. Just gotta be patient and wait for Autumn to finally come 🙏
@RangerRickL welcome back and happy very early birthday lol! 70 is the new 30 when you stick to healthy habits as you age, I wish you many more wonderful years!
@Chinkiri happy birthday as well! we're sorry to hear you're going through that, i'm sure your partner appreciates everything you do them. it's good to let out a little steam & vent, and it's understandable to feel frustrated over such circumstances. we're here for you7 -
Yes, yes, and yes. A good day!6

I am glad to be back and reading my team members' daily posts!!
My day:
Tracking: easy today
Exercise: lots of farm chores for more than 60 minutes. (actually more than 3 hours)
Calories: under my limit by a big margin.6 -
Yes x 3 for Saturday, but I have to use my last pass day for Friday. Didn't log in after dinner so I'll just post it here.
I'm hopeful to try and make it the rest of the month without a pass, eek! Too bad we can't buy unused pass days from each other8 -

@Chinkiri so sorry you are having to go through so much. Sometimes we just have to grieve for what we're lost. Our outlets of dealing with our daily stresses have changed. We've lost so much in terms of association, family ties..ect. Cry if you need to. Sometimes you just have to get it out. Hang in there.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 10 mile run outside this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!6 -
Thought I had posted the 17th results but I don't see them so here is a two-day report:
July 17 (Friday) 3 x Yes
July 18 (Saturday) 2 x Yes (lots of exercise - know I was under - did not choose to log)
Just needed a break-kind of a day - more than 45 minutes on exergame plus 50 minute evening walk. Didn't get up until around noon, and so (common on weekends) what I call "unintentional intermittent fasting" (~ the same # calories as in a week-day's breaky-lunch-supper but in shorter time frame) only the day turned out to be more of a grazing day and harder to track properly. But with no high-cal or fatty/sugary snacks in the house it WOULD have been under the solid calorie burn if it had been tracked.stressful (computer-based) work week and not expecting that to change any time soon, Up till now, good at splitting "work vs home" time, but last week lots of "stayed late at my desk".The task-set that went through the roof is historically a-typical; but likely to continue at inflated level for some time and our work-flow process just isn't built to keep that volume straight. There was a "higher-than-my-paygrade" meeting about that happening on Friday, so hopefully some news of better ways to handle in the near future. It WOULD be the one aspect of my job that plays to my weakest combo of skill sets and what gets shoved aside indefinitely is supposed to be the larger portion on my tasks, and what my strongest skills / what I like doing best

Pass day #3 for me!
We bought my partner's wedding ring today (our wedding will be in September), and I planned to relax and enjoy the food at the restaurant and hotel.
This morning I did my 9km run, and we also walked 15km along the beach, but I definitely ate more than usual - and enjoyed ever bit! ☺️7 -

Happy belated birthday @RangerRickL and big hugs @Chinkiri7 -
I posted 3 yeses a little bit ago. I then, foolishly, decided to eat a few peanuts. It did not go well. I have to take a pass for too many calories. I should have known myself better. 🤨

@chinkiri big hugs. It’s hard being the only carer.
Meanwhile :
Exercise : No
Calories: Yes
Tracking : Yes6 -
Yes x three! I did 40 minutes of pilates focusing on the legs and thighs, and over 90+ minutes of walking the pup. We did a 2.8 mile walk in the morning before it got too hot so that the pup could get his exercise too.
We ordered take out from one of our favorite places, a pizza place, and I only ate half of what I normally eat when we go there. I also had just one beer (super good!) and took my time enjoying it.
I’m sure I’ll see a fluctuation in the scale due to the sodium from the pizza, but that’s okay. Today was a win for better habits!5
