I'm down 1.8 pounds. Making progress! Still maintaining and slowly working my way down to my personal goal.

UP 2.5 Early morning WI was same as last week's. "Official" WW wright was 2.5 up . I don't know. Same clothes as usual.

Down 7.6 lbs. Lots going on with me this week. On Monday Cardiologist started me on Spironolactone 12.5 mg. I had no knowledge of this drug but it is used to treat a variety of conditions but in my case heart failure due to an enlarged heart. I've known about this condition for years however.
So in addition to that change and concentrating on tracking, portions, lower sodium, and kcals something is working.
My edema in my left leg is much better so yes part of it is fluids but not all. Going forward I'm going to continue to stay on this current course of action. Including monitoring and limiting protein 100 mg, carbs 150 mg, fat 50 mg per day. I'll say those 3 are a challenge while still trying to keep sodium to a heart healthy 1500 mg.
Onward and downward.

Down 1.4. Finally the type of loss I'd expect at this weight.
I had a good week from an eating/tracking perspective. I'll write more in the 10 Pound Challenge thread.2
