I'm down 0.8 pounds. Still maintaining and working my way down to my personal target weight. More thoughts in the 10 pound challenge thread.

I'm postponing weigh-in until tomorrow because I've had a couple of days of my sleep being completely off. For the past couple of days, my days/nights have been reversed, and I haven't been able to get much sleep when I've fallen asleep. This throws my eating schedule off. My overall consumption is okay, but the timing of meals is way off.

Pleasantly surprised to have lost 1.6 pounds this week. It feels a bit inflated. I'll write more in the 10 Pound Challenge.1
