Please move Simbersea (TrimStones) back into the regular weigh in chart. She's had an injury and had two weeks in a row outside of her maintenance weight range. Due to the injury her regular exercise routine has been cut in half...she's still able to do some, but not at her regular pattern of activities.

@Beka3695 - milestone on the WaistAways - @conleywoods has lost 40 pounds from her highest weight. I know it isn't a 25 or a 50 but it's awesome anyhow, right? Hope you can include it in the celebs.1

I’m gonna watch her for next week. I think if it were me and I celebrated at .8 then had a slight gain the next week I would think I was jinxed.... let’s just plan to celebrate next week ☺️☺️☺️☺️0 -

Hello all Captains!
Before all the week's results are posted, I want to get a head start thinking about recruiting for August. A few of the teams are getting really low in numbers, with new people just not sticking with it. I do not think this has anything to do with the quality of the teams, but more with the level of knowledge that new people have before they decide to sign up. They see a quick message about trying a team, they think it sounds great, they sign up. Meanwhile, sometimes they sign up for other stuff too, or follow umpteen message boards, and it is all too much. Or they just lose the initial flush of enthusiasm and drop everything.
SO, I would like to change the recruiting messages this time. Let's not post the direct link to the sign-up thread. Let's post only a link to the main F2F page, ask people to check out all the different threads, the teams, the level of participation, etc. Then if they like what they see, they should go to the registration thread and sign on. They might even have a preference for a team if they take a good look and one of them appeals more than another. We may get fewer signups this way, but I hope they will be more likely to stick around.
I'll try to encourage prospects to make F2F their main "home" for the weight loss journey, learning, and support. Let's see what we can do to improve the commitment of our new people before they even start! I'll post a message here first for your feedback. Thanks!5 -

I think adding more to the spreadsheets could be ok - I could put one column somewhere if it would be helpful - but having them all here is also good in that it gets all the captains (hopefully) into this space. There are captains I rarely see here... Not sure if posting about milestones is being done on all the teams? A discussion on which place would be the most user friendly is welcome.

She is in the middle of a big move. Things will be settled down in a few weeks.1 -
@KUMEcyclingteam on Team Weight No More has reached his goal of 215 with a loss of 35 lbs. He would like to move to the cheer squad at the beginning of the August period. (I hope that's the right terminology.
)

@jugar In the process of checking in on a few of our droppers, ac204 would like to return to us in August with a Sunday weigh day. Once I receive her starting weight, I'll fill it in on the chart, but can you move her from drop list to active once again in a Sunday slot please? Will keep you posted on others...also sent notes to our support team just to see how they're doing.

I'll put her in for August! I made a note in the Drop section to put her back in. I'll be sending out the August sheets on Friday, so you can update her starting weight then. Thanks!0
