I am happy to say that this puts me closer to the the green! On the other side, I did nothing this weekend other than housework which is a workout in it's own. It was hot and humid with a heat index of over 100. I don't deal with the heat well which is why I live in northern Iowa.
I use the UA app MapMyFitness as I carry my phone for music. It does most every activity and is easy to use. It bought out Runtastic so I just switched over. I hope you all have a great week.0 -

My garden is not small for a UK urban garden, but neither is it large. I do have 4 vegetable beds, an apple and a pear tree (both over 30 years old) a a lovely Mediterranean corner with wild flowers and geraniums - I’ll take some pictures and post them.0 -
