Been doing keto for 3 weeks now, have 50+ pounds to lose, i do very low carb count 5-9%, higher fat, lower protein25-30%, lost only 2.9 pounds., drink 100oz daily, don't workout, put isn't most weightloss accomplished in the kitchen??...need a successful veteran keto follower to help me find that sweet spot and start losing more quickly , thanks keto friends....
