I've been unable to train at all since 30th June. Dr Google tells me it's a groin strain and needs complete rest. Having to keep the calories low but some days I'm really missing my targets so I'm quite happy with keeping the same weight for the past 2 weeks. I really need the gym to open up so I can have some upper body, core workouts. I have no motivation to do this myself, rather lazy TBH... everything x'd for gyms getting the go ahead soon!
