Hi all, I have bad knees and neuropathy in one leg plus I'm morbidly obese. so needless to say I can't do much exercise. I found this great youtube channel that does in chair workouts and thought I would pass it along to anyone else in the same situation. With my size and the pain I am in it got me sweating and my heart rate up. Not much but a great start.

I'm glad you found something you can use! I came across a few beginner cardio videos that I use a lot.

Thank you for this!...I am swimming six days a week for 1 1/2 hours but on dry land I can’t stand or walk overly long...I have been looking for some other exercise...this will help...do you know how to count the calories you use?

I have a bad back, a leg prosthesis & TBI so I do light dumbell work in a chair. The exercises I employ came mostly from YouTube. I can get in a challenging 45-minute workout like that. My arms & chest are toning up & I'm building muscle mass. Not standing doesn't have to stop you from working out!
