I'm getting married tomorrow (well it's my traditional wedding) in my culture we have two weddings, the traditional wedding then the white wedding after. So this my 2nd pass day will be tomorrow.

Hi all, it's been a bit since I checked in. Been handling some mental health stuff I've still been tracking and eating under my calorie goal every day and trying to move as much as possible. (I also changed my username and profile pic lol). I know I won't make it in the winners circle but I still enjoy following along.9

Wow, almost had to take a pass day unintentionally. I forgot to mark down a snack today and I ate my dinner based on my leftover calories for the day. So just now I remembered my snack and it would have put me over. BUT I never record all of my exercise calories or I estimate low on the calories burned. So I was in the pool for about 65 min but only marked 34 for exercise. Because it was an honest mistake today and I really have been trying, I allowed myself to record some extra exercise minutes and I was able to make my calorie goal! Phew! I only have 1 pass day left and I really want to make that winner's circle. I like that comfort of knowing I have a pass day still lol.7
