I'm down 0.6 pounds. That marks 3 days in a row that I'm under 135, which is a big mental barrier for me! I'm not saying I won't bounce up and down still, but I am continuing to make slow but steady downward progress on my way to my personal target of 130.

Down 4.8 lbs this week. I have really been working at this. I have been released by my wound Dr. after almost 6 months from two different surgeries. I can now begin to walk some distances yeah!!
Also I'm back in Twoterville after I don't know when but at least 2-3 years. Happy Dance!!

It was a decent week eating wise though I did include a few more snacks than normal, and I had four drinks. Sleep remained pretty good, and that is something I can't say enough about the importance of - - for weight loss and just overall feeling better.
