Best week so far. May not lose the 10 this month but it's going down thanks to this group keeping me more on track. Thank you all :flowerforyou:

August 1 - 180.0 lbs start weight
August 8 - 177.5 lbs - down 2.5 - total loss 2.5
August 15 - 177.5 - no loss/gain - total loss 2.5 (was on vacation for 4 days - so I'm impressed with no loss/gain)
August 22 - 174.0 - down 3.5 lbs - total loss 6.0

Hopefully I can get back to some light walking this weekend!!! Gallbladder surgery was last Friday..still recovering!!0 -

Total lost so far for August 4.6
So I almost list a whole pound last week lol. But hey, it's weight lost and I'm good with that! I'm stilling pushing for as close to 10 lbs this month as possible. Let's see how close I can get.0 -

AWESOME!!! I did it! Everyone keep it up and do not get discouraged. I was sitting at 294 almost all week and stayed committed and pushed through. When I weighed this morning I was sooo happy to see 292.6. It's not a huge loss for the week, but it's something Hopefully this means next week will be a big drop week0 -
