TF/CLX

I fell off the wagon a few weeks ago and just have not been able to get back on. Call it lack of motivation, stress, busy, and now sickness. These are all reasons AND excuses. I could really do it if I kicked my own *kitten* but right now, I'm sick and last time I tried to push myself while sick, I got to a bad place where I couldn't get out of bed for 4 days. So, my plan is to start my TF/CLX doubles hopefully on Sunday.
I wanted to see what schedules you found to work best for you for either (or both) Turbo Fire and/or Chalean Extreme.
And I am really in need of people to kick my butt and question why I didn't log a workout when I dont. I am at a near rock bottom place and need a kick back up. As soon as this damn sickness leaves my body, I'm going to get my butt in gear. Please add me if you want. I am great at supporting others; just wish I could be that supportive and motivating to myself

Do make sure you let your body recover! Getting injured and trying to recoup from that can be a real bear.
I'm a bit of an exercise junky. If I don't exercise I see a different person in the mirror. That girl is chunky and not unappealing. When I do exercise I see a healthy sleek me.0
