I was a qualifier for WC till yesterday. I had a very busy day at work and couldn't eat my snacks and when I was at home for dinner, I was literally dying from the hunger. So, I couldn’t do a good planning for the dinner and I had like 80 more calories.5 -
I'm definitely not qualifying for the WC this month, but I have found it super helpful posting here every day (more or less, at least up until last few days).
On Friday me and boyfriend travelled to see family, and although I'd planned to keep tracking it just hasn't worked out that way. I've probably gotten my exercise in every day, but calories are likely too high. We'll be staying here until Sunday, but I'm going to start fresh with the tracking again on Thursday, ready for a new month!8 -

I knew it was a sushi day so I didn’t log, but I’m back to the healthy plan tomorrow! Today’s adventure was climbing all the stairs to the top of the local bell tower. Sadly the bells were not working but it was a great view and lots of fun. Then sushi to celebrate Adventure September! It was a late lunch so I had to be reasonable on my sushi consumption as I had Jiu Jitsu class in the evening. It’s so great to be training properly again. My core is sore but that means my abs are growing back and my body will get used to this in a couple of weeks.
Work is going back to full days but I have so many hours on my time sheet, I can leave early if someone else is around to lock up. Plus we only work every second week! Everyone else is back full time but we need to ensure one group is always available to look after animals so we need to keep to at least two teams. Plus most of us have worked through lock down.

Pass day 2
Today was a planned cheat day. I promised myself that if I made it to near the end of the month without using any cheat days I would give myself a vegan pizza and cheesecake day. I did use one cheat day, but I only went 5 calories over my limit that day, so I was kind to myself. Daiya cheesecake did not disappoint! My stomach was not used to that much rich food though, so I did end up feeling a little sick. Lol...and maybe I should not have used food as a reward, but YOLO. Anyway, I am looking so forward to getting back on track tomorrow.4 -

Dear Heidi @heidipatterson100,
I found the same thing. I really don’t like those foods anymore since I pay attention to how they make me feel. It’s good news, as loosening those foods hold on us makes maintenance Much Easier!!
Try calling them Pass Days rather than Cheat Days. Who are you cheating?
Perhaps some vegan pizza can fit into the other days of the month? Ditto a sliver of cheesecake. Making friends with them gives you back the power & control!!
