    Busy day as we got the last-minute back-to-school prep done. Skipped breakfast and ate out for both lunch and dinner, which blew my calories. But it was tracked.

    Yes x 3, I ate something bad yesterday and had a very uncomfortable night, I was exhausted but still got in the pool and did my 55 mins swim. Felt amazing, I am really happy with. how strong and fit I feel...

    I didn't log I to the community, but I've tracked, been careful and exercised everyday. Been doing very early workouts to avoid the heat. Plan on playing tennis after work today thouy, we'll see if it cools enough for that!

    Check-in for the long weekend - took my first pass as I haven't been eating well. I'm an emotional eater and the past few days have been crazy. Thankfully I was able to hike and cycle a bunch, even while hosting a house guest.
