    Yesx3 day. Over 30 mins evening walk. Logging for the past few months helped me figure out that I do well on exercise mostly because of my toddler but I have to do better on food- too many ups and downs. Today I made good breakfast and dinner choices which helped with calorie budget.
    Working on adding more veggies and fruits into my diet.
    @heidipatterson100 sounds delicious and Uber healthy! Very inspiring. Mind sharing the lettuce boats recipe???
