What do you do on your "rest" day??

I like to go walking or for a short bike ride :) ......or lounge on the couch...lol

    I walk my dog everyday, and on my rest day I walk my dog for a longer length of time.
    Lucky puppy!

    ...and then I flop on the couch and watch a movie. Yea.

    I usually do nothing on my rest day, just my normal routine of life n work.... It's a rest day for a reason lol

    I don't do anyything. I sit around trying not to think about food which is hard. lol

    It's more like what I don't do on my rest day..... like getting on the eliptical trainer......Lol

    I usually go out to a museum or park or something or get any errands done. Then I chillax and watch a movie. I want to start taking a class on that day. Like yoga or zumba or something.
