Ugh, I swear its temporary. I have kicked up my workouts a lot, I have been getting up at 430 am every morning to workout, and Ive only missed 2 days in the past 2 weeks because one day I bathed all my dogs, and cleaned the entire house, the other day I had a health screening and I was instructed no strenuous exercise 10 hours prior to my appointment. Every other day I have ran at least 1 mile, and did minimum of 30 minutes of lifting. So between that and TOM, I have added 3.5lbs of water to my body.3 -

Ok! I updated my weight on my fitness pal but not on the community chat. I guess I forgot to update last week. My apologies, I started a new job so it has been a little hectic. Last Monday I got down to 246.4 and this week I am back up at 249.1 -

So I keep yo yoing. I did have a few more calories last night 2100. I wasn't thinking of the day it was. I try to think of it as I can't undo what I've worked for this week, so the two days prior to weigh days I'm usually good. This week has been hard for the snacky snacks. I did lose this month not much but I'm okay. I didn't record on the weekend which is not like me either. I feel like I'm in a rut. I am determined to get under 180 that is where I always plateau. So cheers holding up a glass of water 💦. I have been getting lots of sleep. Super thankful for this group. I am going on one last camping trip to Bonachure. I will be late on recording either Fri or Sat morn. So anyone up in Canada? Ontario? I need more outside motivation.

@simbersea So very sorry for your loss ... I remember that pain far too well...took me days before I stopped crying in the shower and could finally breathe. My divorces were never as hard as losing my Mom. My heart goes out to you...as a caregiver too, it's so hard to experience that silence in the house...if you need us, we're here. Take care of yourself and know that I'm praying for you. May God give you peace and surround you with love and people who care...

So sorry to hear this. You can be 65, losing a parent is still the worst. I lost my dad to strokes 15 years ago, it's not a great experience as you well know. Take all the time you need. We are thinking of you.2 -

So sorry for your loss @simbersea I lost my mum in law in similar circumstances 3 years ago,so I know how you are feeling.When you have been visiting & caring for a loved one you can feel completely lost for quite a while.Just take time to grieve & look after yourself 💕2 -
