    Really got shot off track when/after Hurricane Isiaih <sp> hit us. Lost power, cell, internet, for almost a week, and debris still stacked in the street from all the damage.....meals, food, cooking were all we were doing..... I have to focus and pay attention to what I am eating and what I am burning off and get my metabolism back on track!!

    Reset week : this week before Labor Day.

    BTW the big drop was my small intestine blockage when I was driving my 86 year old mother in law up from FL and I got stuck in a hospital for 3 days. So if I straight line the graph I guess its not TOOO horrible a deviation.

    Still we have deflected up. I have to kick some can here and beat Chris and all to my goal!!!!!

    SW=210.4
    GW=190 (best for maintenance)

    LW= 206.2
    CW=205.2
    change - 1.0

    Eating is still on track -- cutting back on the wine has also helped;-) I hope to start my walking and Kettlebell workouts again this week since the weather seems to be cooling down.

    Bleurgh!

    No idea where my head has been this week! All over the place is an understatement, training log was messed up, used the wrong weights for one session, have had a puncture on my bike this week, have to learn how to take off an electric bike wheel with hub on it. Several things have gone haywire at home...POOF! And I am still unsure my weighing scales are up to scratch. They seem to have been all over the place too this week after being steady last week, my weight that is, but 4 training sessions and slightly more cals, who knows....I do not feel as tired/drained/fatigued though...

    GW 125 lbs
    LW 152.8 lbs 8/28/20
    CW 152.6 lbs 9/4/20 ( -0.2 lbs)

    Total weight loss: -41.4 lbs!

    Since 1/1/2020:
    My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
    My lowest recorded weight was: 152.8lbs
    My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).

    Now, another new low recorded! Although only by 0.2, but I was up to 157.6 last Saturday after a huge binge session. Grateful to get back on track and continuing to do the C25K program. I've finished week 5, day 1. I was going to run again this morning, but neighbors woke me up with loud music and bass at 5am, so I couldn't get back to sleep and overslept my morning run time. I'm busy this afternoon, but I might be able to squeeze it in before bed. We shall see. Also, tomorrow's my daughter's birthday party, so hopefully I don't binge again.
