    Training back to normal, feeling a load better now, although have been referred to an endrocrinologist. Ugh...

    Since 1/1/2020:
    My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
    My lowest recorded weight was: 151.0lbs (new!)
    My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).

    I've been sick this week, with a bad cold/ sinus infection. Hopefully, I can get back to running again this upcoming week.
