3 years of weight loss

Hey guys! Just weighed in today at 52.8kg’s. I started the journey at 80kg’s :)

Lately i’ve noticed I am plateauing. I want to get to my goal weight of 48kilos (healthy weight for my height, age) I usually exercise regularly but I currently have hip bursitis and am getting corticosteroid injections, so I cannot exercise.
I am on a 1’200 calorie limit. I occasionally go over my macros but try to never go over my calories. Could someone give me some tips on how to get rid of these last 5 stubborn kilos?
