Greek yogurt coleslaw

1 cup = 54 calories

4 cups of cabbage, chopped finely (white or red)
1 carrot, grated
1/4 red onion, finely grated
70 grams of Greek yogurt (I used lactose free yogurt)
a pinch of sugar
a pinch of salt & pepper


I based this recipe from one that added mayo, mustard and vinegar, but I omitted those ingredients totally because I ran out. You could definitely add a teaspoon of mustard and white vinegar to kick up the flavour, but this is already a really delicious side dish to burgers or whatever else you're eating! :)<3
