I've finally embraced overnight oats, now that I learned here that it could be made with milk instead of yogurt 🤯.
My question is, how many days ahead do you guys make them? Some nights I think about it but don't feel like making them, then in the morning, I want them! I'd definitely eat them more if I can batch prep them
Also, your fav add in?
I tried:
vanilla protein powder w/walnuts
Pb2, banana, raspberries

I didn’t make oats I had this morning until yesterday about 5 pm. I generally make 3 batches at a time. But overnight is good enough. FYI I use almond milk.
I’ve had it with bananas or blueberries. Both good. Top with a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt and drizzle on some honey.1 -
Thanks guys! And I did buy almond milk for lower points 😁. Glad to know it works too!0
