Hi Everyone. in 2016 I was put on a heart medication to help with sinus arrhythmia and preventricular contractions. I gained 40 pounds over the course of a couple months. Doctor switched my medication from a beta blocker to a calcium channel blocker. Then I was put on a birth control to regulate hormones and gained another 15. I have tried every thing to lose weight. Went to a weight management clinic, consulted a naturopath, nutritionist and dietician. All of whom told me I was doing everything right and there was nothing they could do to help me. Im losing hope you guys. I love being active, getting my workouts in and eating healthy. On the same hand I weigh more now than I did 9 months pregnant with both my kids. Looking for support and tips that have helped you. Thank you all so much.
