Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, spent a couple of hours today prepping for the week. Lots of chopping and cooking. I always like to prep my meal for the week. That way, I am in control and I do not just grab anything during the week and ruin my day.

Joined for Nov yes!! This keeps me motivated and moving forward, I did 20 minutes of a resistance band work out it’s actually 15 but I added on 5 found it on YouTube the only thing I can’t do is push ups it bothers my radial head (elbow) with screws so I improvise. Logged and stayed under.10

Until today, I never understood including yard work as exercise. I get it now. Gardeners are some amazing folks. Also did 45 min of walking today (to and from my grandparents' home, where the raking happened lol)6 -
