I'm not sure if @Dory_42 is the only team member moving into summer, but we are definitely moving out of summer. October is often my favorite month. We live in a temperate climate with a beautiful time of changing leaves.

Summer is most definitely my favourite! And itβs nearly here! Yay, yay, yay!
Light day on exercise today with 50 minute Pilates reformer class, some arm rehab exercises and 50 calories on the vile evil assault bike. Honestly, it is way more effort than the calories you earn!
Ate well with all logged and under goal so a successful day for me.
Todayβs big adventure has been 5 years in preparation. I promised my friend when she had a double mastectomy that I would grow my hair and donate it for cancer wigs. In the time I have taken to grow it long enough, she has beaten cancer for the second time so it was a special day. My head is much lighter although my hair is still in a long bob, which hopefully means long enough to tie up for Jiu Jitsu. We will test that tomorrow!9 -
Anytime the sun shines is my favourite time of year, I love June/July for the flowers, Autumn for the dry, crisp leaves underfoot

We joke in Texas about if you don't like the weather - just wait a minute. So I like it when we start the day nice and chilly...and it warms up just a tad....but the sun comes out... This happens in Spring/Fall and Winter...on a few days...So - my fave season is Spallter. ;D It was 49 here the other morning...and 90 in the afternoon.... that is not a Spalter day. lol6 -
