I am happy to report that I was yet again able to turn around a seemingly bad situation. I bike and worked out (1h HIIT) and ended the day with over 300cal left.
No more passes, but still in the game! 🙌8 -

Finally got a 2,000 foot climb in. There were a bunch of Sheriff Deputies there with their k9 dogs. They are there kind of regularly. That is a place where I do hill repeats.
Deputies there see me going up and down. One of them asks me how many times I do that. I tell him usually five.
Heh... conversations with deputies... I couldn't resist telling them that I usually climb for 2,000 every other day and that I am coming up on a million of climb.
These are some fit guys. You know. Kind of. I like it when those kind of guys ask me about my exercise.
Buddy's pa is a deputy. I always want to tell them about my little Buddy and his pa.
Never do though. Don't know why. They probably think I am trying to get a pass on getting out of a ticket or something.5 -
