Another pass day for me. That makes 3/3 for the month.
I needed to run an errand after work before going to have dinner with friends and couldn't do it over the weekend. That situation made it difficult to get exercise done unless I was willing to start at 10:30 at night, which I wasn't.
The next two weeks will be hard, but I'm still in it until I'm not.4 -

Exercise Tracked In MFP (Treadmill Mon-Fri): No treadmill but active
Calories and Water Tracked In MFP: Yes
Within Daily Calorie Range of 1300 to 1450: Yes - calories were 1,450
As for yesterday's and today's discussion on NSVs - I have changed the way I think about posting in the group after I reach my pass-days and become disqualified. I need to stay active and not give up and continue posting. I have realized that I will not get truly be able to start to change my habits from unhealthy to healthy if I keep dropping out of the group when I become disqualified. So that is my NSV - understanding I need to keep moving forward and keep making progress.4 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes today’s hike took us on The Mad Road Trail - it rained lightly the whole time but the canopy helped. It also meant we were the only ones on the trail so I half expected to see a moose or bear - but even they thought it was too wet to come out.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes barely
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes they’re cooking healthy meals here so that’s saving me! Steamed squash seems to be the local favorite...
