Yesterday, the 15th many team members posted there NSVs. If you have not read them all, please go back enjoy the read. If you have not posted something you feel positive to share, please do that today.
Thanks, Rick10 -
Another great day. I booked a sea kayak trip during lockdown and finally got to do it today. The Dolphins were obviously still sleeping but it was a perfect flat day. We caught a few waves around the beach and explored the ocean a bit. Great arm workout!
Before that I had a session with my rehab guy who commented on my tan. It’s not even officially summer but I’ve been outside a large portion of winter anyway so I’m ahead on it this year!
Reasonable food choices which included some take away but it fits well within my budget so occasional treats are allowed!
Oh and another nsv for me today. Coach formed a competition squad with a secret training session once a week which is only for those who train regularly and travel to the various competitions around the country. Him adding me to the group was a confirmation that he sees me as back to full health. I know I can improve some weak areas but that will come with consistency in going to training sessions and doing the necessary cross training. Unfortunately I’ll miss this weekend’s session due to work, but I’ll be there next Sunday!10 -
It such a blessing and uplifting to read all your NSVs. Thank you all .

Interesting day, really. Was still upset in the morning about the amount of calories I saw summing up on my MFP diary sheet yesterday. By early afternoon I had eaten 1300 cal and hadn't done much activity other than walking briefly. Argh! Then I decided to do a video workout, the last one of Torch 2.0 from HasFit. My youngest sort of joined me, but kept making sounds that were rather distracting 😀. Anyhow, the 1st victory of the day: finishing the above program! 💃 Then I also decided to join hubs and the boys for a walk, so guess what? I ended the day under the calorie goal!!! 🙌
I feared I might need a pass the second day in a row, but nay! Yes x 3 and so far 1 pass only!10 -

I decided to start "recomp" yesterday which means my macros have changed a lot in less than 24 hours. Who eats 160g + of protein a day? Apparently, me. 😐
All of you are being blamed for inspiring me with NSVs yesterday and today.
Therefore, since I calculate about 5-6 months of this, it looks like you UACers are stuck with me for a while yet.
You did this to yourselves 😭8 -

Guess I missed nsv so here’s mine I have been focusing on increasing my cardio which has been difficult cat times but am pleased about keeping my net carbs down. Some serious tracking but it’s working and I set a new goal weight 👻

I ate well and recorded everything, but did not get much exercise. I was planning on it, but just felt a bit drained today, guess I can blame it on recovery...
I did get out and walk a little, its the day they bring the sheep down from the summer mountain pasture to winter quarters
, kind of fun, the sheep go right through town. The picture is of the sheep arriving at the edge of town.11 -
I have an awful lot of NSVs, just seeing the small clothes I fit into every morning feels pretty good.8
