I was so looking forward to Yoga in the Park starting back up today. Mother Nature has other ideas. Lots of rain expected so I will be burning calories indoors today! Happy Saturday one and all.11

Busy day at work but we got it all done (thanks to my two awesome volunteers) and I’m off for a week! My best friend invited me over with a couple of other families so I dashed from work home for a quick shower and then went to enjoy time with good friends and some cuddles with my nieces and nephew (I don’t have any real ones so adopted her kids!)
Snacking and bring and share at a braai is not easy to log plus I did not actual exercise although work day was super active so I’m going to take a pass day.
Today’s duties included chasing the 50kg python around his enclosure pulling the unshed skin off him. He rarely sheds fully so we need to assist him. He doesn’t really like it much but isn’t aggressive so he just slithers away. At least that was inside though as the rest of the day was outside in the torrential rain. No bites today although two of the three stranded seals tried while I cleaned their enclosures.
It’s been a busy week but a really good one!10 -
Yes X 3! Technically my calories were 4 over but I'm not sure I've fully logged all my walking (and I walked a LOT) so I'm counting it.11

Yes x's 3 - and VERY. IRRITATED. AT HOW HIGH MY SCALE WENT UP THIS MORNING....BUT to Rick's post...choosing discipline... because I am not motivated by the feeling of success right now. (score!) For a reminder to self...I don't remember which of you wonderful folks shared this...but I love it: "Don't quit...or you end up where you started."
I'm on day 260 of tracking every morsel and logging in. Nope. Not interested in starting over again.

I am 3 days into my HIIT challenge and I still don't have abs like Chloe Ting.
Today was meal prep day. I made lots of good things to keep me on track this week.
Black bean burgers, southwest vegetable soup, oven baked fries, and pumpkin protein cookies.
