Walking the dogs. We have my son's dog with us so we are walking an extra dog right now.
Two big dogs! They need a lot of walking according to them.9 -
Slept like a baby 😴 (more like the todler sleeping in my arms for one straight hour yesterday and less like my boys used to sleep when they were babies - never understood where this expression came from 🤔)
Then did quite well: logged everything, biked around for about 1h, ended the day on green. I wanted to workout in the evening, to be even more on plus, but went to bed instead, which was a very good idea, actually.

Ready to give up....yes I would do that so easily as I wanted to be perfect ....but I decided tracking and the food changes I am making are worth the daily trying!
And....we are adopting a 10 month old dog today....looking forward to many dog walks in the near future!6 -

@Intrinsicat you are my kinda yard decorator! I too feel that halloween should be more of a "season" (like the Holly-Daze decorating craze in December) and that it should be for grown ups as well as for kids
