    I should have invested earlier in this idea.
    It took reading a book on positive reinforcement training for animals to actually cause the concept to "click".

    @Intrinsicat you are my kinda yard decorator! I too feel that halloween should be more of a "season" (like the Holly-Daze decorating craze in December) and that it should be for grown ups as well as for kids
