What are your problem days ( days you really struggle) and what times of the day the most challengin

I start....
I struggle on weekends and sometimes week days but no specific day.

Mostly at nights it's like some thought pops in and I become a food robot without a stop button and it will carry into the next day or two and sometimes weeks and it's hard to regain full control.

What triggers it before I know it was tiredness , stress and anger . But now I see I am perfectly ok just about to enjoy an evening movie or show after dinner and hey at some point I find myself binging.

    Nights and weekends are my problem areas. Nights are particularly hard as I take a medication that makes me sleepy so it is even harder to avoid the binge.
