told you all that gain last week was BS, lol. I am happy to say that I have worked out every day for 2 1/2 weeks now except one because I had a health screening that day and was not suppose to workout. That being said, my results did come back from the health screening, and all of my testing came back in the normal healthy ranges, except Bilirubin which I knew would be high because of my Gilberts syndrom.
I am trying to run a mile or more most days, and weightlift everyday. I am super excited for my next body analysis at the end of the month, My last one said I had 36.5lbs of fat on me and a month prior it was 35.8lbd. Now they say look for a 2+ lbs diffrence because it can be off by up to 2lbs, so my goal by my next one which should be Oct. 28 is to be down to 32lbs of body fat.7 -

Good Morning Trimstones 😀
Thank you all so much for your kind words on my mother’s passing. Even though we knew she was failing, I can’t believe how much it hurts to have her gone.
But I need to start taking care of my health. I didn’t get on the scale this morning but I can tell I’ve gained more. And because I had eye surgery last week too, I haven’t exercised in a week.
So today I start again.
Jessica - can you put me down for 10k steps? I need to walk off some pounds.

Awww, my condolences I just reread two weeks past and into October now. Really busy with fundraiser and now all the family is sick. Definetaly take care of yourself and take all the time you need for you. I lost my mother back in 2007 it still is hard some days. She past quickly it was a shock. I can't emagine taking care of her before passing I really feel for you now. Everyday will get a bit easier there will be a definate void. Just think of all the wonderful memories you have. We are all here for you. Even if it takes us a while to respond.3 -
We cut our camping trip short while family is sick. We all got tested awaiting results. Son is negative but 2-6 days wait for the rest. Son has croup. Hubby has sinus infection. Daughter has lots of liquid coming out of her nose. My dad may lose his other leg. I have a sore throat, achky and cranky. Phfefffffffff,........ Still eating lots of foods no worries there. But need to get back into recording every meal everyday. Chop chop did I mention I'm cranky. I need this week over,........... Ahhhhh need to go do the cat litter garbage truck went by.

Breathing now and garage truck is on my side oh well no pressure it will go out next week. See ya all sorry for the long rants. Going to have a piece of chicken for lunch with corn. Standing and sending eyes half open walking to the kitchen.6 -
