    @jessicakrall8 Sorry for your loss. We lost our first family dog last year, so I know it can be tough.

    I lost my fur baby, Lacy Sue, who crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday night. She has been my joy for 12 years.

    My heart is aching and my house is too quiet. I keep waiting to here her enter each room and announce herself. I'm waiting for her little chittering sound that says it's time to play chase the dot. I want her to fuss at me for not going to bed on time. I want to feel her rub against my legs as I play piano.

    Most of all, I just want to love on my little grey girl...tell her good morning sissy bug and that I love her. I just miss her more than you can imagine. My tears just won't stop. I'm hurting to my core.

    CORRECTION for STEP TOTALS - SEPTEMBER

    Due to an error in the formula on the step chart, the top 3 totals were incorrect. Here's the correct Top 3 totals:

    I wanted to thank everyone for the well wishes last week. I didn’t get to respond to them but that support meant so much to me. My sister also tested positive and also experienced a few symptoms. We are both symptom free (yay!) and are feeling much, much better. Stay safe everyone!

    Busy week, only had yesterday off. So after my workout, we went to the pumpkin patch, it was chilly, and really windy, but we made it through the corn maze and got out pumpkins. I have worked out every day for 13 days now, and 21 of the past 22 days missing only one for a health screening. I am up 2lbs, but hoping it will drop by wednesday. I susspect my body is holding on to water from losing fat, and from the extra workouts. I expect a whoosh to come, because even though I didnt track this weekend, I didnt eat much, and I worked out extra.

    I seen my dad on saturday, I was talking to him and out of no where he gives me this funny look and says "have you lost weight? You look trimmer in the waist." My dad has never ever mentioned my weight to me, from when I was 25lbs heavier to 10lbs lighter than I am now, so that was pretty cool he noticed. Ive been mainly weightlifting, trying to improve my gains, so that was huge in showing me its working.

    What a gorgeous cat, when they leave us it's a real dagger to the heart. The best thing you can do is rescue another, it's good for all involved.

    @Nancymcgregor Nice steady losses each week...way to go!!! So, what sorts of things are working for you? What are your challenges? What sort of exercise are you into currently?
