I realize that the answer is likely what I'm eating, but I have seen a couple of testimonials that said when they started eating more, they saw a change in their body fat so I thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance!

Absolutely. If you've eaten at a strict deficit we suggest eating tdee for 8-12wks while doing a strength training program that forces you to go progressively heavier in weights. If you haven't been doing VLCD then eating at tdee and strength training you could accomplish a body recomposition which means you are slowly gaining muscle while losing fat at the same time.0

I think this would be unlikely without chemical assistance0
