Friday weigh - in thread How'd you do?

Down 2.4 lbs off the 7.4 lbs gained last week. Been another difficult week health wise with a lot going on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Put on 2 new meds a couple of weeks ago and not sure what that is doing to me yet. Plus some other stuff. I will get it figured out.

I had expected more, but I'll take the loss. I need to eat more proper/satisfying meals this week versus snacking. Even if I track the snacks, if I don't eat enough real food, I'm still hungry and will eat/snack more.
