Regaining your health

So 2 days ago I was in pretty bad shape due to all the binges and the extra trouble to my internal organs. I swore I never want to feel like that. So I drew up a plan which is an approach I read from a book called NBA.

I am separating the pig from myself because he makes me sick, miserable and irritable.
Today is my Day 1. I will post my plan here

What about you? Have you been struggling lately? Do you have any approach that works?

    I would love to hear your plan. I had been on WW and lost 38 lbs but I’ve gained back 18. I struggle in the evenings and on weekends. I always do well for breakfast and lunch during the week but then I fall apart. I’m really struggling with anxiety and depression and I eat, eat, eat. I am also a recovering alcoholic and so I eat in place of drinking.

    Sorry I had a rough weekend binging. The plan is to follow food rules ( Always, nevers and conditionals).

    It is like a set of rules to follow that help avoid binging etc.

    I have not been following It as sometimes I just brush what needs to be done to do what I want and that makes me even more terrible as weight creeps up and weight really makes me sick.
    Anyway sorry about the negative bashing. What about you? Are you following any approach?

    I do struggle in the evenings as well.I don't know where this is from but tbh I really wish It was a seperate part of me to throw it away😅.
