I fully expect to make the winner's circle for my second UAC though there is a reasonable chance that I will have used my 3 passes during these last 5 days of the month. But that is also why saved my passes until then and that is the beauty of the UAC. The UAC challenge group encouraged me to do my best on the rest of the month instead of deciding it was a month to write off. Thank you @RangerRickL I fully expect December to be another challenging month, but I will again use the UAC to lead me in a positive and healthful direction. Did we all survive T-day yesterday?9

@BMcC9 Thanks for those details! Things are actually looking up. I survived yesterday with planning that did not leave me feeling deprived. Went over and used pass, but planned to. Now today, I am tracking and my trick is I am spreading the measured leftovers throughout the day. Pie for breakfast; mashed potatoes and green bean casserole for lunch; turkey, stuffing cranberry sauce and gravy for dinner. If I keep to my portions, I will actually remain under goal today. It's a miracle!!
I totally agree that anyone making effort through the challenging holidays is a true Champion. I fully expect that December could knock me out of the winner's circle, but will be thrilled with the Champions list. Thanks for the note!!!6 -

No winners circle for me. I have been out of town with family in the hostpital (not Covid thank goodness). All is well now but my tracking for the past week has been nil. I am back now and happy to report no weight gain.10

Using my 3rd pass. I slept too little, was too tired, work didnt go too well because of that and I ate my frustrations. By the 📖!
Only off by 100 cal and just finished a "killer workout", but I feel like a 🎈. Or like a stuffed 🦃, if you prefer (and if this is not offensive language 🤦♀️).

Rick I used my 1st pass day yesterday and have 1 planned for tomorrow as its my daughter's baby shower at my home with very small family and rest of the gang joining us virtually. I am so busy today working on all this today and eating healthy, but tomorrow I don't want to track and post etc..so YES I will be in Winners Circle. I will post my day later tonight. I still need to finish up my logging and exercise yet today.4 -

No winners circle for me and today was yet another pass. Our youth pastor’s eldest turned 6 and I was on her list of people who must be invited so obviously I couldn’t refuse. Grazed far too much but had lots of fun with the kids. The youngest sibling is going through a shy phase but at one point she walked up to me and took hold of my hand and we just stood there together for a while. So precious.
Exercise didn’t really happen although I did wrestle a 30+kg python to get her meds down her throat. She does not enjoy this and I actually fell over, landing on bricks but with her head still firmly in my grip so no harm done. I also did multiple dives to the bottom of the seal pool to pick up pieces of rock and other rubbish that were covering the drain. Not only do I not sink enough so staying down is really hard work but the pump is on so the stuff is really hard to pull off the drain. I cleared enough for the pumps to work better and next time I’ll take a weight belt to help keep me down while I’m doing it.9 -
